About our annual conferences
We organise an annual conference/meeting, choosing a different region each year, to accommodate the nationwide membership. It creates an opportunity to meet the group’s committee and other members, and to hear from people involved in OT research or activity. Forward planning, issues of concern and development ideas are readily put on the agenda.
This is an event for members of the Orthostatic Tremor UK Support Group and their partners or carers. A sociable evening dinner is arranged for the group.

The hotel is 5 minutes from J40 M1. It has free onsite parking with disabled parking places and a ramp. There is a separate accessible entrance from the car park. Please register your vehicle at reception

Arrival from 12 o’clock for Meet and Greet and a light finger buffet
Conference 2pm – 5pm
Evening meal 7.30pm

Cost and important payment details
Double and single rooms for our conference are £95 per night including breakfast. Extra nights can be booked at the same rate. No reductions for IHG members.
Payment by card is required when booking. This will not leave your account until 4th September 2026
Rooms and evening meal MUST be booked by 4th September 2026.
3 Course Evening Meal Saturday
Cost £35 per person includes bread roll and tea/coffee. Your choices MUST be given when you book.

Please give names of people who will be attending.

Phone the hotel direct (do not phone IHG central booking) via reception 01924 230600, then select option 4. This should get you through to Justine, Events Manager. She works Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm. If she is not available speak to reception and quote OT group. They should have been instructed on our bookings.
Remember to give your menu choices when you phone.
